What HQ does
Connect everything you actually use
Email, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Google Drive, your local filesystem. HQ searches them locally — on your machine — and sends only the relevant context to the AI. Not the whole file. Not the whole inbox.
Real work, not chat
HQ generates answers, documents, and reports from your real business data. It cites its sources. It's not a general-purpose chatbot. It's a business tool with a specific job.

Connections to email, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Drive. Credentials stay on your machine.

Ask a question
Plain language. HQ searches your connected tools locally to find relevant context.

Context sent to AI
Only the selected context — not your full data — is sent to the cloud AI model to generate a response.
Step 5
Session destroyed
When you close the session, nothing is retained. No logs, no history, no trace in the cloud.
The key constraint: HQ has no database. There is nowhere for your data to be stored, even if we wanted to. This is why you can connect your financials, HR records, legal documents, and trade secrets — data you would never upload to ChatGPT.
